Facebook…. The most visited website in the world today probably even beating Google. If you want to find an old friend, the first place you should attempt to look first is Facebook. I noticed that whenever I see any laptop in public, most of the time they are on Facebook, going through their news feed seeing what’s the latest message posted by their friends, reading comments or viewing photos or albums. One of the main reason why until today I don’t want to sign up for a Facebook account is I am stuck to the slogan “DO YOUR WORK. DON’T BE STUPID“. Not that using Facebook is stupid, but I have a lot of other things to do on the computer.
I have a friend that is so addicted to Facebook until you can see her profile Online or Idle when you bring up the chat window from the bottom of the screen. Her company has started a rule that they cannot open Facebook website from their web browser and she’s dying to get online. The only solution I can think of is to use a desktop chat client for Facebook.
