The file cannot be modified unless you do in to Safe Mode or use some third party software.
Another new feature is the cloud technology to ensure that the Advanced SystemCare database on your computer is updated as soon as the database becomes available by pushing it to you rather than waiting for the scheduled time.
Turbo Boost has been improved by allowing you to select either work or game mode. This would cause less problems when disabling unnecessary services depending on the mode.
