Log in with your hotmail email account that has never used to get Windows Vista serial number
You will see a form, fill up the details properly. Make sure you fill a correct email address as you will get your product key at that email address
Keep filling up the required forms and clicking “continue”
Check your hotmail and you should get an email from MICROSOFT with the subject “Verification E-Mail”
Click on the verification link and you will be brought to a page where it displays the Windows Vista RC1 download links together with Product Key
